Automatic tunnel washer with soaking bath series Athena
Up-to-date washers series "ATHENA" working in continuous with frontal loading of the bottles or, on request, automatic from conveyor. The washing process begins diving the bottles inside the soaking bath full of hot water and detergent. The cycle proceed with the passage of the bottles through the labels extraction section and then through the washing sector with internal and external jets of hot water with detergent. The process finish after the passage through the 2 rinsing sections, first with warm water and second with cold water. Mechanical movement with transmission shaft and motor with speed variation. Two (three from the 14 rows) electropumps for up washing sections with jets, with water recycling - plates filter - filling of detergent door.

Special
label extractor composed by an electro pump, a rotating plate with motor, a
reducer and cold water jets to drain the labels on a suitable collector. Heater
device suitable to be connected to a steam boiler or diesel oil burner
(optional). On the model working with boiler will be foreseen, on request,
automatic steam thermogovernors. Frame supplied with removable doors to allow
the inspections operations during the working cycle. Electric centralized
control panel complete with automatic safety devices in front of the washer.
