Carbonator "Giove series"

The Giove series of carbonators provides the user with the most efficient method for producing carbonated beverages. The machine is most suitable for products like wine and water.

The frame of the machine, including the base, is made entirely of stainless steel Aisi 304. The product tank is provided with a lockable cover, an electronic level controller and a motorized feeding valve. The carbonation column is fed by a vertical stainless steel centrifugal pump. The principal component of the carbonator is the carbonation column where the liquid and CO₂ are perfectly mixed. An electronic level controller regulates the liquid level in the carbonation column. This device automatically stops and re-starts the machine during production. The machine is completed with an air extractor and both mechanical and electrical safety switches to prevent over-pressure. A Perspex cylinder allows pre-carbonation to be observed.

Stainless steel overpressure pump and by-pass assembly - particularly useful when combined with a some distance filler is included. A control panel housing digital thermometers and pressure control manometer placed on the frame completes the machine.  

The components used in the construction of the carbonator have been chosen with particular regard to ease of cleaning and hygienic qualities. No operator is needed when the working cycle has been started.
