Gravity tribloc "Mirka L" series
Derived from the monobloc "Nettuno L" filler/capper, the "Mirka L" is a tribloc where has been inserted the rinser/blower "Selene". The tribloc is suitable to rinse, fill and cap new plastic and glass bottles. The versatility of this machine allows the assembly of the integrated sections in accordance with customer particular needs, thus providing the perfect solution to any specific production/output requirements. Obviously these machines can be manufactured separate. The bottles grippers of the rinsing section manufactured in stainless steel and food grade rubber, are fitted on a movable ring, adjustable in height, thus allowing the handling of various bottles sizes. The bottle twisting is obtained by a stainless steel guide which allows also its perfect positioning on the rinsing jet. The rinsing of the bottle can be done with water, detergent solution or with inert gas. The filling section is composed by a stainless steel ring
Monobloc "Nettuno L" series
The capping section can be manufactured to handle screw caps, crown corks, pressure caps or natural corks. It is complete with caps vibrator or hopper. As optional it can be fitted an inert gas injection.

The tribloc is projected and manufactured in compliance with the CE rules and delivered complete with plastic safety guards and security microswitches.
For special liquids are also available light pressure fillers and full under vacuum fillers

where are fitted the stainless steel filling valves with truings, the opening
and the closing are directly operated by the bottles. The filling valves are
easily removable for a complete sterilization either with hot water or with
chemical solutions. The bottles holders, mechanically moved, are easily
approachable to allow the normal maintenance and cleaning.
