Isobarometric monobloc series "Mirka N"
The inherent versatility of the monobloc allows the assembly of the integrated sections in accordance with our client particular needs, thus providing the perfect solution to any specific production requirement. Also the machines in solo form are, of course, available. For example the quadribloc series MIRKA, suitable to rinse, to fill and to cap new glass or PET bottles is composed by:
A or more corker/capper (suitable to handle the different
kind of corks/caps present on the market) at one or more capping heads
complete with vibrator or rotating feeder.
The machine is complete with:
Centralized control panel complete of all the control buttons and the electric safety devices. The position of the panel is at customer choice.
Electronic or mechanical speed variation depending from the model or the specific request of the customer.
A set of stars and a set of worms suitable for one kind of bottle easy to clean and disassemble.
Plastic safety guards complete with safety microswitches following the CE rules.
The machine is entirely stainless steel covered. All the parts in contact with products are in stainless steel. Co2 Quantity control inside the bottles

A rotating rinser suitable to rinse with liquid or air
jets the inside of the bottles. The bottles holder grippers are in stainless
steel.
A counterpressure filler at single isobarometric valves
stainless steel made complete with bottles truings suitable for carbonated drinks. The
valves can handle both glass and PET bottles. The valve opening closing
functions are operated by a pneumatic piston controlled by a system composed by
a photocell and a proximity switch
Bottle holder pistons stainless steel made easy to clean and
disassemble. Pistons work by compressed air and are controlled by an air
pressure reducer. Available also the automatic pistons lubrication.
