Automatic linear rinser series Diana
Rinser series DIANA is linear type suitable to handle glass bottles. Its internal spiral structure allows the twisting of the bottles with an angle of 360 degrees. Machine is projected to receive bottles from a conveyor (not included) coming from a depaletizer or manually fed. After the rinsing operation bottles are automatically discharged on the conveyor feeding the filling monobloc. The working principle of the DIANA rinser is to rinse through internal jets glass new bottles. Normally the rinsing operation is made by cold/hot water, on request it can be made by compressed air, steam or recycled special solutions. The bottles enter the machine through two rotating stars operated by a motor. The pressure of bottles, one against the other, allows their passage through the twisting section. First rotation is of 180 degrees (up side down). Then bottles pass over the jets rinsing section and are internally rinsed.
The frame of the rinser is made by stainless steel electrically welded. On the frame are fitted legs for the height adjustment of the machine. The rinser is composed by a stainless steel Aisi 304 (Aisi 316 on request) frame in which is inserted a plastic spiral. The spiral guides the bottles during the rinsing process. The stainless steel tunnel is fitted partially on the frame and partially on a stainless steel adjustable holder. The base of the tunnel is the collecting tank for rinsing liquid, that in case of recycling solution will be sent again to the jets. On request for the version of 2 rinsing phases the collecting tank can be divided in 2 sections. The up side of the machine is covered by plastic transparent safety guards. Piping line inside the machines and jets are in stainless steel. Number of jets inside the machine may vary depending from the length/output of the machine. Maintenance of the machine has been reduced to the minimum. The only operations that must be carried out are at the end of the work the washing of the recycled solution collecting tank and the cleaning of the jets to avoid occlusions. The rinser due to its simplicity does not need spare parts. The machine during its working cycle does not need a fixed operator. The rinser DIANA is available in different configurations. The machine is very flexible and adjustable to any shape of glass bottles. For any kind of bottles is necessary a proper spiral. To handling particular kind of bottles dimensions of the machine may vary, the output remains the same.

Before
reaching the second phase of twisting, bottles pass through the draining section.
After bottles are twisted again of 180 degrees arriving at the end of the
machine in the vertical position ready to leave the rinser on the discharge
conveyor. The water feeding pressure must be about 2 Bar. On request machine can
be supplied with 2 series of jets for separate rinsings. The first with water
and the second
with special solution.
