Automatic rotating rinser series Selene
The rinser SELENE suitable for bottles in glass, PVC and PET
has a very solid and compact structure and has a nature of easy use and
simple maintenance. Fitted on a steel base, electrically welded, is covered
entirely by stainless steel Aisi 304. Worm, stars and central guide are in
Polytene easy to be substituted for the changing of bottle. The bottles holder
grippers, stainless steel and rubber food grade made, are fitted on an
adjustable in height ring. Gears unit details The opening and closing of the grippers are operated through an adjustable cam stainless steel made. As rinsing fluids can be used: water, compressed air or chemical solution. The machine is complete with: plastic safety guards with microswitches and safety devices. As optional can be fitted an inverter with flow control of the bottles through photocells and the cleaning fluid recovery system.

The
twisting of the bottles is operated through a stainless steel guide that allows
also the right positioning of the bottles over the jets. Jets start to spray
only in presence of the bottles.
